MISSION STATEMENT
The Community Behavioral Health Research Foundation (CBHRF) is dedicated
to provide programs and rehabilitation services that are accessible and affordable to mentally disabled individuals by utilizing
the principles of psychosocial rehabilitation philosophy in a culturally sensitive approach that supports and encourages autonomous
functioning and recovery to the greatest extent that will help them to function the best they can in society.

effort is the commitment to conduct scientific culturally sensitive research and educational programs relevant to the mental
health needs and rehabilitation of mentally disabled individuals in Los Angeles County California.
PURPOSE
Improve the quality of lives
and to promote a healthy mental well-being of individuals and families impacted by mental disability and substance abuse to
fulfill their potential to lead positive, productive and rewarding lives.
